Andi Kaye Grace, a special needs expert, speaker, and advocate, has made it her life's mission to empower and inspire those with special needs children and adults. She has dedicated her life to empowering and inspiring others to rise above their circumstances and to embrace their true potential.

She has also started her 18+ Supportive Adult Organization that helps special needs individuals find meaningful employment that incorporates the local community and 18+ long term residential living.
